eVisa Helper is now eVisaFlow: Introducing our new name and dedicated platform
Datafrog LLC has officially rebranded eVisa Helper to eVisaFlow and launched its dedicated product website at evisaflow.com. Read this announcement for details on service continuity, product changes, and future plans.
Datafrog LLC has officially rebranded its travel entry automation tool, eVisa Helper, to eVisaFlow. Concurrently, we have launched a dedicated product platform at evisaflow.com to serve as the central hub for product downloads, documentation, and user support.
This change represents a transition from a simple utility helper to a structured, workflow-focused automation tool designed for both individual travelers and visa processing teams.
Why the Change?
The product was originally launched under the name "eVisa Helper" with a focused mission: to reduce the friction of repetitive data entry when completing official electronic visa (eVisa) applications and tourist arrival card forms.
As our user base expanded—particularly among frequent travelers, corporate travel managers, and independent visa service providers—the tool evolved. "eVisaFlow" was chosen to better reflect our long-term vision: establishing a secure, seamless, and automated flow for passport, travel, and visa documentation. The new brand emphasizes data reusability across multiple government forms and workflow efficiency.
What Does This Mean for You?
For our existing users and clients, the transition is designed to be seamless. There is no disruption to your current usage.
Service & Extension Continuity
The underlying browser extension and automation engine will continue to function exactly as before. Existing user accounts, profiles, and configuration settings will remain intact and will automatically sync.
Data Privacy and Security Commitments
eVisaFlow remains a product of Datafrog LLC. Our strict data privacy policies remain unchanged: your sensitive travel and passport information is processed locally on your device, and is never stored on our servers or shared with unauthorized third parties.
Functionality and Government Compliance
The core functionality of the product remains the same. eVisaFlow operates strictly as an automation assistant to reduce manual entry errors. It does not replace, bypass, or represent any government portal. Users must still review, verify, and submit their final applications directly through the respective official government websites.
Product Roadmap and Future Steps
Moving forward, the dedicated website at evisaflow.com will house all future releases, setup guides, and compliance updates. This separation allows the Datafrog engineering team to build product-specific features, such as team-sharing templates for visa agencies, enhanced field-mapping, and support for additional country arrival portals.
No manual action is required from current users; the browser extension will update automatically under the new branding. We welcome you to visit the new portal to explore the updated guides and documentation.
