04 4. Subscription Terms
Services billed on a subscription basis will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

For paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy).

You agree not to: (a) Use the service for any illegal purpose; (b) Reverse engineer or decompile the software; (c) Harass or interfere with other users; (d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Datafrog LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
08 8. Limitation of Liability
Datafrog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
