eVisa Helper is now eVisaFlow: Introducing our new name and dedicated platform
eVisa Helper has been renamed to eVisaFlow, with evisaflow.com now serving as the dedicated site for current product information, supported workflows, privacy details, guides, and updates.
Datafrog LLC has renamed eVisa Helper to eVisaFlow, and the product now has a dedicated website at evisaflow.com.
The product first appeared under the name eVisa Helper to reduce repeated typing on supported official eVisa and arrival-card websites. eVisaFlow better describes its current focus: helping travelers and visa service teams save reusable passport and trip details and place them into supported official forms when the user starts autofill.
A Dedicated Product Site
Datafrog.io remains the Datafrog LLC company site and product-network entry point. The dedicated eVisaFlow site provides the current product information, supported official websites, pricing, privacy details, guides, release notes, and support information for eVisaFlow.

How eVisaFlow Handles Saved Data
The current eVisaFlow documentation describes the following storage and processing model:
Local storage by default
Passport profiles, form defaults, thumbnails, and extension settings are stored locally in Chrome storage on the user's device by default.
Temporary processing for optional passport OCR
When a user submits a passport image for OCR, the extension compresses it and sends it to the eVisaFlow OCR service over HTTPS. The uploaded image and OCR result are stored only for the short processing window, after which the temporary image is deleted and the stored recognition result is cleared. OCR images and results are not used for advertising, marketing, user profiling, or model training.
Optional Google Drive sync
Passport profiles remain in the current browser unless the user enables Google Drive sync. When enabled, backup and restore files are stored in the user's own Google Drive account and can be used across devices.
What eVisaFlow Does Not Do
eVisaFlow works only on the supported official websites listed on its product site. It does not replace or represent a government website, review applications, make immigration decisions, guarantee approval, make payments, or submit applications on the user's behalf. Final review, verification, payment, and submission remain the user's responsibility on the official website.
